Cambodian New Year

This year, the year of Rooster, will be from 14 to 16 April. As previous years, Phnom Penh will be a quiet city during the Cambodian New Year. It is a business center where garment factory workers, building workers, students as well as many other people from every walk of life, leave their homes to live their lives in this largest city of Cambodia. And I can imagine that some Phnom Penhers will visit their relatives in provinces, and resorts other than staying during these days. This is one of good times to take few days off from their business lives. People may enjoy their activities differently from place to another. Yet, they may not forget the traditional dances, games, and many other leisure activities.
