Trip to Kampong Cham
I will travel to Kampong Cham for a wedding party of a friend in the next weekend. He is my classmate as well as friend since I began primary school. A year older than me, he will soon get married to a woman in Memot, a district that is not from his birth place, Koh Sotin district. In these recent years, it takes about two hours to reach Kampong Cham province by bus, and another hour and half to the destination. So it seems roads have been better renovated.
I will have four day off to see livelihood of people in rural areas. And of course, I will have notes and pictures to be placed in my travelogue. Somtimes it is good to stop for a moment after a long journey of life, to see what’s going to come and to do.

Tharum,
When you’re married to one, you’ll either spend 95% of your time in happiness or in misery ! Married to the right one so you won’t be in 95% misery
Your friend is only a year older than you. Now you’ll be next to get married
Anyway, how far from Phnom Penh to Koh Sotin ? How much the fare if one to take the bus there ?

I am not standing fully on my own feets, presently.
I will have my Loney Planet with me on my way to the province. So then I will find out much more. I should read it some time early, but I now find a book about philosophy more interesting than anything else.
Thanks for your comments.

ThaRum, do you have an account on Flickr? I’d love to see some photos of your travels around Cambodia. There is a group on Flickr called Cambodian Images. The pictures are mostly from tourists so it is a lot of photos of Angkor Wat, as you can imagine. It would be really nice to see some images showing other aspects of Cambodia in the group. If you have some photos perhaps you might consider posting them there.
Cheers,
Neil

After transfered all photo from my mobile device I found their quality very poor.
Actually, I had no photo camera, but few of my friends have mobile phone camera. And I thought they are good enough to shoot and produce screen quality photo. It is just now that I realized it.
I will have to save and buy a film or digital camera for my own.
