In my personal understanding, I believe that educated youth help paving the ways for a better Cambodian society. What if they are well-educated? Of course, they are capable to carry out great jobs for the country. Youth, men and women, are very enthusiastic to learn new things. This is so important. As long as we are on earth, keep changing can only be done with discovering new things. So, education always comes first.
